Caribbean's Different Gender Gap: Women Rise, Men Stagnate

The Caribbean is home to the world's highest proportion of female bosses, according to a report out by the United Nations. "Women are the ones who are the main breadwinners. We push harder to earn," said a female smoke shop owner in Jamaica, where nearly 60% of managers are women.
