Here's the argument:So, isn't the critical question how much time people in each group spend on each activity? It's possible that TFA alums aren't spending time on other civic activities because all of their non-work community activities are related to education. People only have so much time.
- TFA alums are less civically engaged than non-matriculants and drop outs.
- Yet, TFA alums are more involved than their peer group in issues relating to educations (presumably including program non-matriculants and drop outs)
